Cancellation Policy

I am blessed to be very busy and often I have waiting lists for potential clients wanting an appointment, so please act with consideration and give me as much notice as possible should you need to change your booking. Thank you.
Cancelation Policy

Once a booking has been made by you, the customer, it is considered a contract between you and me that the reserved appointment time will be used and paid for by you. I understand that on occasion you may be required to re-arrange pre-booked appointments for any number of reasons; as long this is clearly communicated to me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, no charge will be incurred.

If less than 24 hours of notice is given, you will still be required to pay the full cost (100%) of booked treatments value, be it hands on sessions or Zoom sessions.

In the case of a NO SHOW (failure to arrive for a pre-booked appointment, with or without notice) you will still be required to pay the full cost of the scheduled treatment.

Late cancellations and ‘no-shows’ disrupt the conscientious and prompt service we aspire to provide to all of our clients. Our business is often fully-booked, and there will always be someone who is happy to take a cancellation; if they are given enough notice to actually be able to use the allotted time.  I also need to earn a living to sustain my family – if am expecting a client and they do not arrive, are late or cancel at the last minute, this costs the business money every time and affects other clients.

Late arrival for appointments

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to still give you as much of your allotted time as possible, so your treatment will be benefit you, but this will not always be possible, due to consecutive bookings and end-of-day appointments. The Full treatment price is payable even on late arrival. My time is valuable and we have set aside the time to do your specific treatment; by booking treatment you have agreed to pay the fee for that time, including my knowledge, my guidance and nutritional  advice, even if your treatment time is reduced by your late arrival.

If I am somehow running late, I will do my best to notify you via text if it is more than 10minutes and
I will do my best to give you a treatment session that benefits you and extend the time if possible.
If you are unable to stay for the full time of your treatment, I shall adjust the fee or offer you an extended treatment at your next session, which will have to be booked as my last treatment slot of my working time.

My promise to you

On occasion, it may be necessary that we change your booking for some reason. I will do my best to give you 24 hours notice of any changes required for your appointment.

Sometimes, due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we may need to change your appointment with less notice. These occasions are rare, but our client cancellation policy protects you as well.

If I need to change your appointment, I will give you as much notice as I possibly can; you will be offered a treatment slot on another suitable day.
